The Bulk Coach
Six months of eating and lifting that actually changes your build💪🏻
HARD TO ADMIT
You've been going to the gym for a while now.
You know how to bench. You know what a pulldown is. You could show a friend how to do it and not look stupid.
And you look the same in photos as you did last year.
Nothing about that means you're lazy. It means you've been trying to build with the wrong half of the equation.
THE HALF YOU'RE MISSING
Every time you lift, you create a signal that your body should build muscle. That signal is real and it works. But a signal is a request, and your body either has the materials to answer it or it doesn't.
Most skinny guys eat roughly the same amount every day whether they trained or not, because appetite doesn't scale with effort. You can crush a hard leg session and eat exactly what you ate on the day you sat on the couch. Your body gets the signal, looks around for the extra calories to turn into tissue, finds nothing, and moves on.
Here's the number that usually explains it. Guys who tell me they eat a lot are typically eating somewhere between 1,800 and 2,300 calories without realizing it. That's maintenance for someone who doesn't train. It's not a surplus for anyone.
WHY THE ADVICE YOU'VE TRIED DIDN'T FIX IT
Free programs hand you a spreadsheet and wish you luck. They tell you what to do with your hands and nothing about what has to be true for it to work.
Then there's the volume trap. More days, more exercises, more sets, until you're spending two hours in a gym producing a signal your body still can't answer.
And there's the myth I refuse to teach. That light weights and high reps build lean muscle while heavy weights and low reps build size. It's wrong. Muscle is built by effort and by adding weight over time, and that's why your program doesn't change its reps when your goal changes.
WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS
A six-month plan built around the thing that was missing: your food.
It starts with your numbers. Not a chart in a magazine, your numbers from your height, age, weight, and how active your day is. Maintenance first, then the surplus on top of it, then your exact protein, fat, and carb grams, then those numbers turned into four or five meals with real food and real amounts.
Then it does the part no PDF can do. It adjusts. When your weight stalls for two weeks it adds calories to your carbs. When you're gaining too fast it holds the line. When you've been at the same weight for three weeks it tells you what to change and what to leave alone.
YOUR COACH DOES THE NUMBERS
The coach inside is the same math I ran on myself, and it works on your body, not mine.
It asks for your height, age, weight, how active your day is, and your goal. It gives you maintenance and the surplus, then your macros in grams and calories, then a meal plan built from food you'll actually eat. Tell it you won't touch cottage cheese and it rebuilds around that.
Then you check in. Weight, lifts, waist, photos. It reads what you send, tells you the one number to change, and sends you back to work.
It won't promise you twenty pounds of muscle. It'll give you a rate, a checkpoint, and the honest version.
HOW THE SIX MONTHS ARE BUILT
Months 1 to 3: three full-body days a week. You learn the lifts, you eat above maintenance, you add weight almost every session.
Months 4 to 6: four to six days a week on a push, pull, legs rotation. More volume, same prescription, food goes up when the scale stalls.
Months 5 and 6: the final push, the photos, and the decision about whether it's time to cut.
Every workout has a prescribed weight to pick and a rule for when the weight goes up. That rule doesn't change when you switch to a cut. Your workouts stay identical. Only the food changes.
THE HONEST NUMBER
I went from 175 to 210 in six months at 5'11" and 20 years old, eating at least 2,700 calories a day across four to five meals, on creatine, protein powder, and pre-workout. Some of that was fat and water. I'm not pretending otherwise.
If you follow this well, a realistic six months is 12 to 18 pounds of scale weight, most of it muscle, with your waist staying close to where it started and your lifts going up 30 to 50 percent. That's a visibly different person.
Anyone promising you twenty pounds of pure muscle hasn't watched enough people try.

What this is
This is a course you can talk to.
The lessons are here, and you can read them like any course. But the AI has read all of them too. When something doesn't click, ask. When you're not sure how it applies to you, ask. It answers from Pablo Aguilar's material, not from the internet. It's like hiring Pablo Aguilar as a coach, without paying thousands of dollars for it.
What do you do?
The Bulk Coach
Good question. Here's what Pablo Aguilar teaches about that, and how it fits what you're doing.
This is how learning works now. You don't watch and forget. You ask, you get an answer for your situation, and you use it. That's what makes it stick.
What you can ask
- What do you do?
- Can you guide me to my goals?
- What can you help me with?
- Are you AI with real information?

About Pablo Aguilar
Pablo Aguilar
I went from 175 to 210 pounds in six months, at 5'11" and 20 years old. I'm a former personal trainer who got tired of cheap exercise advice and did it the real way: food, hard training, and facts. Everything in here is the math and the plan I ran on myself, now built into a coach that adjusts it for your body.
Questions
Is this for beginners?
If you've been lifting for at least a few months and know your way around a bench and a squat rack, you're fine. Months 1 to 3 are three full-body days built around learning the lifts, so newer lifters can run it too.
What if I've never tracked food?
That's most people here. Tell the coach what you ate yesterday, roughly, and it does the math. You don't need an app, a scale, or a spreadsheet. You need a number and a rough idea of which foods get you there.
What if I can't eat that much?
You'll feel full for about two weeks and then your appetite catches up to the new number. If it's rough, the coach moves calories into liquid and fats and keeps your totals the same. You hold that for two weeks before changing anything.
Do I need a gym?
A barbell and dumbbells will get you everything. A standard commercial gym covers all of it. If you train at home, tell the coach what you have and it swaps exercises by movement pattern instead of telling you to buy equipment.
What happens after six months?
The last module walks you through the four weeks after your bulk: what to hold, what to expect from your lifts, and how to decide whether to cut. If you want to cut, there's a full cut program built for that, with different macros, added low-intensity cardio, and its own check-ins.
Will it work if I'm over 25 or already trained?
The plan works at any age, and the food rules don't care how old you are. Your gains will be slower than a 20-year-old's, and the coach sets your rates accordingly. If you've already been training hard for years, ask it to start you at month 4.
What does the coaching tier include?
Six months of one-to-one work with me: weekly check-ins, form reviews on your lifts, program adjustments whenever your numbers stall, and direct answers instead of a lesson. It's the same course material with me in the room.
